When will construction start?

Construction is slated to start on Phase 1 Fall 2018 with spring 2019 possession.

How much are condo fees and what do they include?

Condo fees estimated to be $195/month & will include parking, water, grounds-keeping & landscaping, snow removal, building insurance, professional management & contribution to reserve fund.

What is included in the purchase price?

The purchase price includes the net GST, stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer & dryer, window coverings, one outdoor parking stall, central air conditioning and quartz counter tops.

Are pets permitted?

Yes, pets are permitted in your unit at all times provide that they do not cause a nuisance to other owners in the complex. When pets are on the common area, they must be leashed and under control. 

What kind of soundproofing is being done between the units?


Common walls between each unit are constructed using a double wall system where 2 rows of a conventionally framed wall are separated by a 1 inch air space. These walls are then insulated and finished with a double layer of drywall on both sides. This is a proven system and an industry standard that provides an above average performance rating in regards to noise reduction and fire protection.

What kind of deposit is required?

A $2500 deposit will be required to reserve a specific unit. Once a offer to purchase is made this will need to be increased to  5% of the total down payment. The balance is payable on possession.
